Designed by Warren Platner, 1966.
In 1966, the Platner Collection captured the "decorative, gentle, graceful" shapes that were beginning to infiltrate the modern vocabulary. Vertical steel wire rods welded to circular horizontal and edge forming rods. Moulded fibreglass shell and foam cushion; cushion attaches to seat with Velcro. Available in a variety of fabrics.
Bright nickel finish with clear lacquer protection or painted bronze metallic. This product is available with foam that meets requirements for BS5852. American Institute of Architects International Award, 1966.
