The company found its ambitious new home in the PernerKa building, situated in the heart of Prague’s Karlín district. This facility perfectly captures the genius loci of one of the city's most progressive neighborhoods, where industrial history meets the modern pulse of technology firms. PernerKa offers generous, light-filled spaces with a unique character that practically invites the development of new ideas. The building’s architectural concept beautifully complements Actum Digital’s identity—it is modern, functional, and future-oriented, providing a backdrop that inspires performance while offering space for well-deserved relaxation.

At cre8, our task was to breathe life into these spaces through a portfolio that brings warm Scandinavian design and top-tier acoustics to the world of tech. For moments of rest and informal discussion, we chose the iconic Uchiwa lounge chairs by HAY, complemented by the legendary AAC 22 and 222 chairs. The common denominator for both work and community zones are the CPH (20, 25, and 30) series tables, whose wood textures soften the modern interior. Acoustic comfort and a visual centerpiece in the open-plan areas are provided by Under the Bell pendants from Muuto, elegantly paired with Soft Side tables. We also integrated our own modular solution, cre8 PUZZLE in the Endow wood version, adding flexibility to the layout, while Mate stools by Enea complete this functional and aesthetically balanced work ecosystem.
