Škoda Auto has created sustainable offices of the future in Prague’s AFI City Tower. The innovative, multifunctional spaces on the 17th floor stand out for their organically structured layout, with carefully planned zones tailored to different ways of working, imaginative use of circular-economy principles and inspiration drawn from nature. The interior features recycled and recyclable materials, elements repurposed from vehicles, 3D-printed details and modern audiovisual technology. Together, these sustainable offices create an atmosphere that sparks creativity, encourages collaboration and provides a springboard for bold new ideas.

The Škoda Auto office in Prague-Vysočany is an experimental 856 m² work hub designed for modern work, collaboration, and sustainability. Divided into eight functional zones—ranging from team clusters and meeting rooms to event and relaxation areas—the layout flows seamlessly around a green meeting pavilion.

The interior integrates Škoda's automotive identity, featuring a light installation of 50 Superb headlights, bodywork motifs, and repurposed airbag textiles.

As a pioneering Czech project in large-scale 3D printing, it uses the technology for custom furniture as well as architectural features: 96 m² of ceiling panels, 30 m² of wall cladding, and 54 m² of pavilion walls. Fabrication required 4.75 tonnes of high-recycled-content materials (4 t KCL composite, 750 kg PETG), complemented by acoustic elements made from old office furniture.

With 700 plants spanning 70 m², the space combines digital fabrication, circular economy, and biophilic design to showcase the future of sustainable workspaces.
