Offices as a Digital Training Ground
The new offices of Livesport blend sports and modern technologies, building upon the concept of the previous floors. This space further develops the theme of sports, this time drawing inspiration from the hard work of training. The interior is designed to resemble a gym, which, with the help of training equipment, adapts to the "training" of office activities. The gym-like atmosphere is defined by a surface of carpet tiles and a regular grid of spotlights. The space is complemented by three core elements: floor lines, sports equipment, and an electronic pen.
Lines – Office Zoning
In sports, a line defines the "boundaries" of the field, dividing the playing area into zones. Similarly, office lines are used to demarcate different zones within the workspace. These zones serve as areas where employees can gather, collaborate as a team, or focus deeply on their tasks. This creates distinct areas for workstations, meeting rooms, and relaxation spaces.
Equipment – Tools for Enhanced Performance
Sports equipment helps athletes achieve optimal preparation during training. In the office, these tools assist in achieving the best work outcomes. Here, the concept of equipment is abstracted into wooden and metal boxes. These not only partition the space but also house meeting rooms and storage cabinets within them, forming the structure of the workspace itself.
Strategy – The Electronic Pen
This floor is dedicated to Livesport's managers, where the company’s "strategy" is developed. A winning strategy is a key factor in achieving success, much like in sports. In sports broadcasts, strategies are often analyzed with an "electronic pen," a concept reflected here in the undulating linear lighting. These lines guide movement through the space, lead visitors, and highlight essential elements. Meeting points are marked with a cross, and critical spots are circled for emphasis.
