SKY
Sky TV is the largest European satellite platform, offering paid Direct-to-Home services to its customers. We were very pleased to participate in the project for new offices for this company in the unique AFI Karlín building, also known as Butterfly, in Karlín. This is a modern environmentally friendly office building designed by renowned architect David Chisholm from the international studio CMC Architects. The building features a unique green façade and is certified as environmentally friendly with a BREEAM Excellent rating. Its ecological elements include 1,600 m² of vertical gardens and 500 m² of roof terraces, which contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
SKY's interiors surprise with their vibrancy and colorfulness, which, through careful color selection, creates a very pleasant and harmonious effect.
The workspace is dominated by ergonomic HermanMiller MIRRA chairs, which, true to their name, perfectly mirror the user's movement, providing maximum and proper ergonomic support during long periods of sitting. Combined with height-adjustable NEVI desks and OLLIN monitor arms, they create a perfect modern workplace. Acoustic comfort in the open space is helped by products from brands Framery and EchoJazz. The soft seating area features design pieces from brands Arper, Muuto, and HAY.
