The AAC 223 chair fuses the natural elegance of a base with the softness of an upholstered shell. It retains the fundamental idea shared by the About A Chair series, characterised by a curved shell with a slightly higher back. It offers a deep, generous seat for a high level of comfort, whilst the lower armrests provide good support and allow the chair to fit easily underneath a table or desk.

It is available in standard upholstery with a wide choice of fabrics and a variety of base finishes. Thanks to the multitude of variants, it fits seamlessly into a broad range of private, corporate and public contexts. A soft quilted variant, the AAC 223 Soft, is also available.
