A magnificent project delivered by Colliers for a global client in the very heart of Košice. It involved a comprehensive reconstruction of the former Post and Telegraph Office building, known to most residents of Košice as the Main Post Office.
The project itself already presented a significant challenge in terms of how to approach it and adapt it to the requirements of unconventional office spaces. In addition, the building is a listed cultural heritage site. What makes the project truly exceptional, however, is the synergy between the company’s spaces and an elementary school and grammar school operating within the same building.
The project was also one of our largest realizations in 2025 and incorporated an almost comprehensive selection from the Herman Miller portfolio, as well as iconic pieces of world-renowned design furniture from the Knoll Classic collection. These unique standalone pieces were complemented by products from other brands we represent—ranging from Scandinavian design by HAY and Muuto to the southern temperament embodied in the products of, for example, the Spanish brand Viccarbe.
Acoustic comfort is traditionally addressed through the use of smart Framery pods.
