LKQ
LKQ CZ s.r.o., the largest domestic supplier of spare parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles, is a trade and logistics company operating in the auto parts market since 1994. It sells spare parts and car accessories for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and trucks and also offers a comprehensive range of equipment for car repair shops, paint shops and garage equipment, including services and training. It covers a network of partner car repair shops and provides service for fleet customers. It also offers a range of products for retail customers, including electric bicycles, scooters and hobby and leisure equipment. In 2021, the company completed the process of gradual merger with the largest domestic players in the field of spare parts and is part of LKQ Europe, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.
We were pleased when LKQ chose us as a partner for equipping its new premises in the AFI CITY building in Prague's Vysočany. For the workplaces, the client chose ergonomic and breathable universal COSM chairs from HermanMiller and height-adjustable cre8 HA tables, supplemented with LIMA arms from CBS with a configuration for two monitors. This created a top workplace that meets the highest requirements, standards and trends in the field of office ergonomics. The COSM chairs in the low-back version were used as top-notch meeting chairs for boardrooms. As one of the first in the Czechia, LKQ also uses FULD Nesting chairs also from HermanMiller, excellent in their comfort, material design and, above all, storage.
For the soft seating area, proven products from the Muuto, Viccarbe and Sancal brands were chosen, and from the design products we could highlight the PILOT chairs from Knoll designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.
Acoustic comfort in relatively open and very airy spaces is helped by products from EchoJazz and Buzziskin, especially smart acoustic booths from Framery, in versions for single calls and meetings as well as for conferences and meetings of work mini-teams. All complemented by suitable acoustic lighting and accessories.
